Up to nine without premium. With active premium there is no limit.

A new card gets a system address of eight characters. You can set your own address in the card settings: 3 to 32 characters, lowercase Latin letters, digits, "-" and "_" only. The address must be free, and the link looks like mcard.com.ua/@your-address. Premium is not required for this.

Yes, in the card settings. But the old address stops working immediately: every link and QR code you have already handed out will lead nowhere. If the card is already in circulation, it is safer to keep the address.

Just the page itself. They need no app and no account — the card opens in any browser, on a phone or a computer. Blocks you switched off are not shown to them.

Yes, with premium. In the card settings turn on “Password on the card” and set one — then only the people you give it to can open the page. Everyone else sees a prompt asking for the password. There is a simpler free option: the “Hidden from the feed and search” switch takes the card out of Community while the link keeps working.

Heading, text, quote, benefit, website, contact, social networks and avatar are free. Premium adds image, video, slider, divider, empty block, map, form, question-and-answer block and GIF.

Nothing is deleted. Premium blocks temporarily stop showing on the public page, the MultiCard badge comes back, analytics IDs are no longer injected, and the form block stops accepting submissions. As soon as premium is renewed, everything comes back.

On the plans page choose a plan and press "Order". Automatic card payment is not available yet: the order reaches us, we contact you and hand over an activation key.

Enter the code on the plans page in the activation key field. The same code cannot be activated twice from one account; a code may have its own expiry date and a limit on the number of activations. Premium is added on top of what you have: if it is still running, the days are added to the end date instead of starting over.

New cards and blocks are reviewed first. Until the review is finished you cannot turn them on or off. If moderation fails, the card is unpublished. Changing the name, description or tags sends the card back for review. The result arrives in Telegram if you connected notifications.

The feed shows published cards. If you would rather not be there, turn on the “Hidden from the feed and search” switch in the card settings: the card leaves the feed and the direct link keeps working as before. To close the page entirely, use a password — that one is premium.

At the bottom of an open card there is “Report”, and in the feed the “…” button on the row. The same menu has “Block this author”: their cards disappear from your feed and they are not told. Undo it in Settings.

Add the "Form" block (a premium block) to your card and describe its fields. A visitor fills in the form on the public page, the submission is saved, and you get an email plus a Telegram notification if it is connected. One IP address may send at most five submissions per ten minutes, and a form may have up to 20 fields. Submissions are only accepted while your premium is active.

The panel has a "Submissions" page: a list with filters by card and status, the number of new ones and a chart of submissions per day. Each submission can be marked new, read, in progress or closed, given a private note, or deleted.

In settings open the Telegram section and get a linking code — it is single-use and valid for 15 minutes, then follow the link to the bot. Notifications cover new submissions, moderation results and premium expiry. You can mute them in the same settings, and unlink the chat with the button next to it or the /stop command in the bot. Active premium is required.

The IDs are entered in the card settings and are available with premium only. The format is validated: Google Analytics — G- followed by letters and digits, Facebook Pixel — digits only, TikTok Pixel — uppercase Latin letters and digits. On the public page the counters load only after the visitor agrees to analytics.

A card — in the panel, the “…” button next to it. The account — Settings → Delete account: all cards, statistics and submissions go with it, for good. This cannot be undone.

The “Share” button at the bottom of the editor. It has the link, messenger buttons and a QR code you can save as an image for a sign, a menu or a paper card.
