Terms of use
Updated 21.10.2026
By using MultiCard you agree to these terms. They are plain: what we provide, what you must not do, and what we are not responsible for.
What the service is
MultiCard lets you build a digital business card — a page of blocks with text, buttons, social links, images, a map and a contact form. The card lives at a link you can share with anyone.
Your account
You need an account: email with a password, or sign-in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to it safe and for everything done from it.
You can delete the account at any time in settings. Your cards and their data go with it.
Your content
Everything you put on a card stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to visitors of your card — the service cannot work otherwise.
You are responsible for having the right to use the texts, images and logos you publish.
What is not allowed
Publishing other people’s work as your own, or anything unlawful.
Adult material, calls to violence or hatred, fraudulent offers.
Impersonating another person or organisation.
Harming the service on purpose: bypassing limits, flooding it with requests, uploading malicious files.
A card that breaks these rules may be hidden, and the account blocked.
Moderation
New cards and blocks are reviewed. While a review is running, a card may be missing from the Community section. If it fails, we show the reason in your panel.
Paid plan
Some features need premium: certain blocks, custom backgrounds, deeper statistics, form submissions, Telegram notifications, a custom address and hiding the branding.
Premium runs until the date shown. The free seven days are granted once per account. Payment and refunds follow the rules of the provider you paid through.
Premium subscription
Premium is sold as a subscription. The payment is charged to your card automatically once per chosen period — monthly or yearly — at the rate in force when you subscribed. The amount and the period are shown before payment and are not changed without your consent.
You can cancel the subscription at any time in the Plans section. After cancelling there are no further charges, and premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Only an individual acting on their own behalf and paying with their own card issued by a Ukrainian bank may buy. We do not accept cards issued in other countries or corporate cards: such a payment is refunded in full and the subscription is cancelled.
Payments are handled by WayForPay. Card details are entered on their page — MultiCard neither sees nor stores them.
Refunds for a premium period already provided are not available. If a charge went through by mistake or the service was not provided, contact support — we look at each case separately.
Taking payments on a card
A card owner can connect their own payment service and add a payment block. The money goes from the payer straight to the owner's account through that service: MultiCard never receives, holds or forwards it, and takes no commission from the payment.
The seller is the card owner. They are responsible for the service or goods, their quality, timing and refunds. Every question about payment, the service and refunds is settled with them — their name, registration details, contacts, refund terms and public offer are published on the “Offer and details” page, linked from every card that takes payments.
Until the owner fills in those documents, payments on their card do not work.
The payer enters card details on the payment service's own page. MultiCard never sees or stores them.
Access keys to the payment service are stored encrypted and used only to raise invoices from that owner's cards.
You may not take payment for something you cannot deliver, for anything the law forbids, or for digital content and services consumed inside the app — app store rules require their own payment mechanisms for those.
We may hide a card that breaks these rules and switch off payments on it.
Availability
We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise uptime. Maintenance and failures happen. We are not liable for business lost while a card was unavailable.
Changes
These terms may change; the update date is at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
